FA Cup 1st Round

FA Cup 1st Round

Who would everyone like in the draw on Monday evening

Maldon and Tiptree United away would be different (that’s one team by the way)

Bolton or Sunderland at home would also be good money wise

I would prefer to be last out of the hat and a bye to round 2.You still get the winners money and are then one step away from the Liverpools and Man U's.

Failing that then a draw at home to Darlington or Hartlepool wouldn't be the worst.

Last out of the hat would be a treat! Would prefer the lowest possible side at our place though

Last out of the hat please (which means we will be second to last, all the excitement but ultimately disappointment!) Otherwise, almost as Westgate Wanderer, but lowest placed team at their place. TV money then!

Like Dover and Halifax in recent seasons?

A Bye to the next round will do for me.

Just watching accrington v Ipswich on Sky. Accrington leading 2-0 at half time.

Maybe a game against Ipswich again would bring back the fans.

I'd like to see us get a tie against Gateshead. We had some great games against them in the 80's and 90's. That 4-2 defeat when we were 1-2 up at half time and primed to go top still rankles.

We play better away from home and it might be on TV... so that draw, away :D

If it had been the other way around it would have been a good draw, but Blackpool away won't be on TV. Ah well.

Pretty disappointed, worst combination of a team we've played very recently and in the league above. Small chance it's on TV as it's a local derby, but I imagine Sunderland, Ipswich and a couple of the smaller teams will be on TV instead.

Amazing for Chichester though, glad they got the bye if not us.

Lets hope for a win in what seems to be our least favourite competition!

What a fantastic draw .. Some people are never happy

Should get a good crowd and even if we get knocked out we should get a decent split of gate money

Crowd should be one of highest in 1st round

Could have been a lot worse. There were some balls coming out and I was cringing, Dover or Crawley away? No thanks!! At least an Oystonless Blackpool should have a far bigger attendance than it would have done with him still there. Yes we will no doubt go out but a draw would set up a cracking replay and a chance of TV.

Will be a great atmosphere, already know of a number of non Morecambe supporters who will be there, cheering on the lads.

Could have been a lot worse....at least the lads will have a good following and being so local maybe those who normally don't travel will turn up and support our lads.....that includes myself
..
My son in law who supports Scarboro is coming.

As for the match, we'll be the underdogs who love to defy the odds.

Blackpool are going thru a wee bit of a sticky time at the moment with some fans already wanting a change in manager. Could be a good time to play 'em.... ;)
