Heard it before, Good interview! Kev & Barry sound positive, they listened to the players tried a few different things in training and working on a game plan for Saturday.

Ellison comes acoss well, be interesting seeing him on the touchline dealing with Officals though, just hope he keeps his cool!

I'm wondering if they will have a fence around the dugout. If the vocal few from behind start making comments, Kev will be right up there

My only surprise is that both Jim or his fiery sidekick didn't 'have a word'

I noticed Kev said near the end of the interview 'Manager and Assistant '. Wonder if they've decided who is which ?

The lucky chaps in charge tomorrow, from efl website:

Ref: Paul Marsden
Anthony Moore and Richard Bartlett
Fourth Official : Simon Clayton

Marsden reffed our 0-1 victory at Macclesfield in August. Gave five yellows that day but not to Kev or Baz :D

Maybe things had got a wee bit stale and this move by our dynamic duo of involving the squad and listening to their concerns is just what we needed. Will be interesting to see how the team react tomorrow and especially who will be managing from the touchline ably assisted by John Mc.

Yes, I think they will both believe the other one is the assistant!

I'd also expect that much of Kev's 'histrionics' & 'wind-ups' will be a thing of the past once he's stood on the touchline. Enthusiasm, passion & determination, but no longer the pantomime villain!
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

All attributes that have made me think for some time that he will be a good manager assuming that he also possesses the tactical awareness required.

Will they be Tracksuit or Suited and booted if they opt out of playing?

Assuming that at least one of them is on the bench with JMc then for me it will be interesting to see how vocal they may be in comparison to JB and KMcK.
