Team for tomorrow

Team for tomorrow

Postby BHmfc » Fri Nov 01, 2019 5:11 pm

I would like us to go for a 4 4 2, positive and attacking style of play. I can't see Baz or Kev starting/playing so my team would be --- Halstead Tanner Old Lavelle Conlan Oates Cranston Allessandra OSullivan Miller Stockton Let's give Baz and Kev and the team our full support, it will be strange not to have Jim there but I think it was the right time for him to go , a great player on the pitch and a great person off it, but despite his time as manager, it never quite worked. Good luck to him at Fylde but tomorrow is a new chapter in our clubs history, three points please. UTS

Yes ..
Good luck Kev and Baz ...we need to scrap for every point ..and 100% support is vital if they are to continue Jims excellentvwork keeping us in the FL!!

MPH.....spot on.

This is the beginning of a new era.

It WAS time for JB to have a new challenge as 17 years with a single club is too long especially as manager for 10 years if only to fulfill his own ambitions of managing at a club with money BUT he will be under considerable pressure to deliver EFL football.

God I hope not, not managed in footy for about 3 years, and not the best win % when managing

But if you compare to jims record,it's better

So we'll see what happens :D

Most managers win percentage is better than Bentleys

It’s a long shot and probably can’t afford him but Jones who just got sacked at Stoke would be a decent choice as he did a fantastic job with Luton

I thought the general veiw, is for fans to “ move on.” Is it like an addiction. :?:

If we lose today, and even my b@lls are crossed, I won’t be on giving it “ told you so.”
Will some be able to do that if we win, as we all want??????

My hope is now that the dust has settled, the factions stop and we get on with what binds us all together. We are all here because we love Morecambe FC. It will be really sad if people carry on the grudge in hoping to be proven right one way or another. Hopefully we will all be happy with a win at 1645 but if not, so be it and we all come together in one voice next week at the Lashers.

Will be interesting to see what happens today. The management tean have said players wanted to try something different so will we defend our wings better? Will we make them worry about us by being on the front foot? New set piece routines? How long will Baz be reading the ball label at goalkicks? Time will tell :)
Don't worry be happy!

I'd rather we were winning at full time than 16:45. No match ever seems to finish before 16:50 at the earliest. Second half starts 15 minutes (if we're lucky) after the end of the first half, so with time added on both halves it's sometimes as late as 16:55 when the final whistle blows.
