Hope you aren’t pushing to take my “happy clappy,” champions title. :)

The Squad is unbalanced a lot of us said this in summer, Jim just didn't sign enough central midfielders(where you win and lose games) and thats including Andrew Fleming before he got injuried, we were still short.

I agree with Derek suumery, i would be looking at off loading the likes of Mendes Gomes, and Jagne etc, to make room for players already developed to battle for a starting place

We just need 2 players for every posistion 11x2 = squad of 22 will do for us.

Slagging the players and the town off in two posts there.

You've just managed to attract a man very capable of doing great things at this club but unless massive financial input is given in the next transfer window, he won't fair any better than the man who left.
Keeping expectations a hell of alot lower might be a good starting point for the future Derek out brigade

A considerably well-tempered and good managerial summary of the game, obviously adversely affected by the very harsh sending off of Sam Lavelle. Conversely, Ryan Wintle was only given a yellow card for what looked like a much worse tackle on Tom Brewitt in the second half. I think too many on here have been too quick to be over-critical on individual players. Yes, we stood-off too far to allow them to come at us and did not close them down quick enough. They were very lucky with deflected goals, and being unjustly down to 10 men, confidence sapped out our players. A disappointing match, but we will be back with better results.

Never heard the guy speak before but he comes across as someone who won't be found wanting and they'll be a very positive reaction against the cumbrians, who by the time they arrive, will themselves have a new man installed.
What a mouthwatering prospect of a game to be had
