Know what you’re saying with the religion bit, straight away I thought Glen Hoddle and that faith Healer Irene Drury or what ever her name was.
But feel under Jim we’d be at least 3 points worse off adrift by now, no way would Jim have comeback to beat Newport at home by making “2 substitutions” and change of formation at H/T.

The rest of the defeats under Derek Adams and been very narrow with us looking more organised and pressing teams harder without the ball.

His style may appear reserved and no-nonsense professional - a la Ferguson - however don’t be fooled
As stated above it takes a while to adapt to any new surroundings for managers & players alike but after 3 months the green shoots of recovery are now very evident and though we will no doubt lose games in the next 3 months our style has improved considerably as team-mates continue to gel and better results will arrive
As for DAs passion, don’t be fooled. Ask the 4th official who had the temerity to actually swear at DA recently Resulting in almost 60 seconds of solid ‘hairdryer’ treatment from DA - loved it !

He has strengthened where we needed to be strengthened and has brought organisation in to the team. His interviews are informative and positive. He is a proper Manager and I look forward to going to games again. I hope we can keep hold of him.
