Hope they can realise that because you may have a bigger belly than others doesn't mean you are 7'2" and want to wear a skirt

Tuck them in your trousers with braces over the top. Keeps everything warm then

I like the 2 away shirts but like others have said, the home shirt is a bit Rugby League. It's a nice shirt, just not a Morecambe shirt.

Not real, obviously.
MC is the initials of the 20 year old Italian kid who has made the designs. Pretty good though.

Yes , home shirt is a bit St Helens or Wigan Warriors but as long as we are still in the EFL what does it matter. I like the away kits.

Really like the white shirt, perfect 'holiday' wear!

So how did that work out then?

Where has this info on new shirts come from? Not on the OWS?
Don't they normally accounce new shirts in July or so?

Suppose they can get shirts out earlier this year following announcement of shirt sponsor - I think its this that which has held up production in prior years. Need to get shirts sorted earlier, get them on sale over summer..... no use waiting for the gala draw.

I know they aren't official designs.... but they still look good. Home shirt isn't very traditional though - we need something traditional for the centenary season.

Not mighty Wigan, definitely Sin Tellers.

When I first watched Morecambe, around 1997, they played in a red and white striped shirt. Always liked that. I think that with it being the 100th year they should have recreated the first original shirt.

I think some people are reading the thread title “new shirt designs” and are assuming that these 3 kits are our kits for next season. To clarify, these are NOT next season’s kits - they’re just some concept kits made by an Italian lad on Instagram.

Thanks for the original kit photos (from 1920 onwards) Marky1.

Where are the sponsor's names and badges??? :D :D :D

And if the club does indeed reproduce the original kit as part of the celebrations of their centenary, will the kit actually carry sponsors names or what???

The first two are really lovely. I'm not too keen on the third look though as it's kind of a bit too close to Bradford's.

We all, (or most of us) know that new shirt's are unveiled at the Gala Evening. But how far in advance of this would the design be decided on ?

Home kit wasn't last season - we obviously played the final game of last season in this years current home shirt (albeit no shirt sponsor).

Hopefully a similar thing happens again this year - especially as the main sponsor has been agreed. It doesn't make much sense to me delaying the launch of the kit by waiting for the gala draw on the eve of the season, when the club could be selling the new kit throughout the summer..... especially when we all know its going to be red!

Bayern have released this shirt as part of their 120th anniversary celebrations.

I quite like the retro look and if we don't go down that path, I hope we bring out a separate shirt like the '74 shirt you could buy a few years back.

So wear next season's shirt for the last game this season. Hopefully it might even draw a bigger gate, (with some advertising) !
