With club's going out of business, left, right and centre
It's never been easier to avoid the drop

It literally says in the article that a similar wind up petition was avoided just before Christmas after Oldham paid their debts... Completely pointless thread.

Anything that has implications for other teams in League Two is fair game in any thread, who's to say the man can pay up this time? I think he's done!
Next time, if there ever is one? please don't be too Rapid in your criticism

Having a gander at the Oldham stuff which does sound very bleak with the owners of Boundary park asking for Administrators to be appointed. I also read that Zak Mills has played 29 games thus far and if he was to play in a 30th, he would get a 12month contract extension. Doubt he will play for them again now.

Wow, that'll put Latics 4 points above Stevenage, 4 points behind Macc and 5 behind Morecambe.
Just goes to show how fragile an existence it can be, even after 125 years of history but in reality,
No lower league club is safe long term.

A web of mess, owners/directors do like to confuse everyone with different company names and who owns what to who.

I hope the lot of em are history soon, even if the club has to start from the very bottom, these chancer's don't represent the people of Oldham.

Existed in name only  but to be honest if some of these 'dodgy' characters were banned from taking over clubs no one else would do so the club would die anyway!

Like the high street there could be mass closures in the future, empty football grounds!
