Any timescale on A-Jay , could do with him when we play the cheats in 2 weeks.

Nice to see Oates back. I think he said he was going outside and that he may be some time

So we have Bradbury and Slew left

And everyone keeps saying we are safe

If Kevin had kept a low profile and worked hard , he would have been the next cab off the rank.

Still a pretty solid line up and we know that we will be well organised as always under DA.

Will happily take a draw but I think we will out battle them on that horrendous pitch.

I cannot see a way back for Kev, unfortunately, but hope I’m wrong.

Exactly this. Nobody to blame but himself and at his age he should have known better.

Going to be interesting seeing Slew up front. Hope he gets a goal or two to boost his confidence.

Goals galore today surely with Slew as centre forward...The Shrimps most prolific striker since Graham Gill. Bradbury must be getting seriously paranoid about how others see him as a footballer.

Scrappy start but with us having most of the ball, but the wind & pitch are going to make ‘foot’ball difficult.

iFollow now talking about Graham Gill... 6ft 4” but only 5ft 9” when he jumped!

Remember him at Hyde on the plastic pitch, stopping while play was still going to, and watching a jumbo jet came overhead, landing at Manchester!

Tooms chance... there was a little touch from a defender that caused the ball to bobble up, hence Tooms getting under the ball and not connecting cleanly.

Yawn. You're so boring. Are you even a Morecambe fan or just one of them people with a negative personality?

Handbags afterwards, they both got a yellow.

Mafoumbie with the best shot of the game so far!

With our recent form and also Stevenages? What makes you think they will gain 11 points on us? Have you seen us play in recent weeks?

Well, that was crap!

Awful pitch making it impossible to play the ball on the deck. They probably had the best couple of half chances although their keeper stretched to save from Mafoumbi, who definitely intended to shoot! Trouble is, they now have the wind behind them, although it has perhaps dropped a little?

I'll take another crap, goalless 45 minutes and leave with another point.

Slightly tepid first half, but another draw would be very welcome given we'll be against the breeze in the second.
While the pitch is a mess by normal standards, it shows how far football has come, given that half of all games were played on pitches just like this and worse, a few decades ago.

That's a fair point, especially given the awful weather recently. A couple of decades ago there wouldn't have been any lower league pitches playable!
