Dear Geordies

Dear Geordies

Recently, I may have mistakenly given the impression that Newcastle United fans were fanatical supporters, who would do anything to watch their team play. Having only sold in the region of 5,000 passes to view your recent record breaking away win against 'little old Morecambe', I now know that you are less passionate than Bradford, who I'm sure would have sold more. Or Sunderland.

I apologise unreservedly for any embarrassment I caused by suggesting you were bigger than Middlesborough.

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?
