Hope Carlos is let off the “leash,” as he was in the 2nd half against Sol M. COYS.

5 at the back again, and Kenyon on the bench! Halstead gets his chance as well

Get in there! We've looked really good here. Hoping for a convincing win to put some of our tough games recently behind us.

Doesn't matter now, but looked like a handball by Barra before.

Barrow down to ten men!

So how did that work out then?

I need to see a replay of that, I've got no idea where that red card came from.

Did Hird say something to the ref? Might have been given for abusive language, can't see what else he did wrong

Not a sending off. But, as has been said, so many poor decisions have gone against us, this is a balancing up.

Watching it back, I can see why they've given it. If their man handballed it (couldn't see from our angle), then Carlos was through and I can understand a red. We've had enough iffy red cards against us, so I'll take it when one goes for us. Not the howler it looks.

Watched it twice and wasn't convinced the free kick was ours. The replay was before the red card, so I wasn't looking to see if he was the last man?

Ref/linesman missed a clear handball in the first couple of minutes so they're not covering themselves in glory. Unless it was foul & abusive language, as suggested? Still, nice to go our way for a change.

Good, bright start. Let's get another quite soon.

Swindon under Phil Brown once beat us at home with 10 men after an early sending off.

That's fair enough, but did Carlos push their lad on to the ball?

I think it's tricky to see what happens when, whether their lad handles it and then Carlos pushes him, or whether Carlos pushes him into the ball. Probably a better view from the opposite angle. Assuming it's a foul, I think a red is okay, but it's definitely not a blatant foul by any means.
