Macclesfield 0 Morecambe 1

We had the ball in the net twice. One ruled out for a foul, the other for something that only the ref saw. "Good, entertaining half"

The way the results have gone we're now four points off the play-offs with a game in hand.

At home to Notts County on Saturday, then the game in hand at Rotherham. Important fixtures.

Dare to dream?

The other results mean it's back on. Slim chance but by keeping on winning like we have been we're making our own luck.

play offs looked a dream but now its a chance, our fate is sorta in other clubs hands, we have to win our 4 remaining fixtures to have even a romote chance of getting in there....i think we will finish 8th, great game today and great result!

I think we are in with a very good chance as long as we keep winning. The way results normally go if we lose or draw then teams around will more than likely win but with 4 games to go and 4 points off...........

I wanna say very well done to Exeter too, in the automatic places now, another point to scratch up for having 3 up/3 down from League 2 - Conference.

hope not, I hope they have cemented automatic promotion by the time we play them! (Not sure they can?) Either way, if they are in the play offs, we won't meet at Wembley because we'll play them in the knock out.

You can see it's just going to happen.

We play Chesterfield to secure a play-off final place and it's down to Barry saving a last minute penalty.

In the net 3 times without a goal being given, the third being a very dubious offside. Unfortunately the officials expected at the game today fell ill over the weekend and they sent their kids instead  Bloody awful officials but at least they were bad for both sides. They seemed worse for us because unfortunately for Macc, they couldn't find the net to try and get a disallowed goal.

I think there were well over three hundred of our lot!!

The lad with the out of tune horn was a bit annoying!!!

The home fans were poor in their support!!

Well, if we should have drawn 2-2 against Bradford owing to the goal that never was, the refereeing fraternity certainly did their damnest to put that right today.

I think that's honours even now referees, so you can be fair with us now as you've made your point!!!!

Me too, although I would say about 300. Seems a lot of folk have given up on the season allready :o Come on folks can we not be the 12th man for the remaining games? How many did we take to Grays a couple of seasons ago for the game just before the play offs. 400-500, so we should really be taking more to a nearby location like Macc!!!!!

Don't give up just yet!

It was commented on many occasions that the Ref was too young and should have been at school :o Brian Brain was adjudged to have been fouled on both the disallowed goals in the first half. He just seemed to punch it in to his own net the second time

Mr. Bratt refereed his first game when he was 14
