Are We Going Back, 2

To be fair, Hyndburn is still dragging Lancs down, and we in this area have had a spike in the past few days to take us above 100 per 100,000, and I think there in lies the problem.
The government were not willing to differentiate last time out, I would be surprised if it’s different this time but it might be a pleasant surprise.
Royal Preston still has over 100 patients with COVID so that’s another factor unfortunately.

Haha, is that so? Paranoid bollocks, I’m afraid. No gang, never has been apart from in the small minds of some, but don’t let that stop you, the truth doesn’t usually. :D
We move on.

I was wondering if the lack of fans and our good form at home is perhaps connected?
I hope not, our tactics have been at times quite conciliatory but the results have come. Pity no crowds as perhaps the myth of Fortress Christie and we never lost their could be dispelled once and for all? Just a thought.

Have they mentioned when the next assessment is yet ? I personally think it should be done from local level.

Very difficult to operate from local level. If Lancaster were in 3 and Morecambe in 2 the Lancaster lot would just come to Morecambe to drink.

Perhaps she knew that COVID-19 levels had increased by 11% despite you being in Level 3 already and she felt it would be futile at best, or even irresponsible to argue to reduce restrictions while levels are still increasing?

I'm losing track of who's in what tier, will there be fans at Colchester?

Could it be that the area has a lot of elderly people as well as Care Homes for the chronically sick as well as the elderly..... :?: :?: :?:

My mum was resident of Eric Morecambe House for 10 years and it did / does a superb job in caring for the elderly but the virus has no respect for the standard of care in such places and I'm sure that Care Homes have suffered probably more than any other establishments.

The area shown on the map isn’t very densely populated, but does have a significant number of care homes. Presumably it can only be cases among residents of these care homes that’s skewing the stats.

Looking at that map Redrobo and I should be about as worried as those in Bare, although looking in more detail there are only 34 cases, it's just the low population density means high proportion of cases. Again it could be down to care homes, although Mrs A's mum's home is clear as far as we're aware.
