Yep, thye've been much better second half and we're pinned right back. Could do with a goal or at least a decent chance just to relieve the pressure. The way we're playing right now we're just inviting them to score

I agree, we were on top when we were pressing for our goals, not suggesting we should go all out for another but I do feel we would be better being a bit more on the front foot.

We all expected that goal, we can't play the final 10 minutes the way we've played the last half an hour

Can't invite pressure for 45 minutes and not expect to concede. Might struggle to get a draw now if we don't change something.

Not sure if it's missing Songo'o, Kenyon being unfit or something else, but we've been completely bypassed in midfield second-half. It's one thing to be direct going forward, but defensively we've just been letting them through.

It's disappointing to see us settle for a draw given how good we looked first half, but right now a point would be a great result

Settled for a draw when we were 2-1 up. Stevenage could have played with three outfield players for the second half for all their keeper has been needed.

I'd love to sneak a goal but we don't deserve anything.

Two very poor corners at the end when we could have snatched all 3 points.

Game of two halves certainly, we were unfortunate to go behind and deservedly went in 2-1 up. I think we're lucky second half to just concede one though.

Shocking second half performance , deserved to lose that . Need to start killing off games earlier rather than sitting back with a one goal lead !

The unwanted record against Stevenage goes on, just 1 win in the last 10 years! Hate to use ifs but if we don't concede that 1st goal we win that. Had enough chances to win the game 1st half imo

We can't play like this again. Went into defensive mode for second half. Their keeper didn't have to make a save. 2 points lost. Disappointing.

I am fully behind DA, look what he has done for us. However, that is so disappointing, when the half time whistle went I felt like we could have gone on to win that 4 or 5-1. Stevenage were there for the taking today.

Happy to get a point in the end. Dreadful second half.

Even Radio Southern Bias said Stevenage's last free kick was "a bit soft".

Probably fair to say some very soft decisions in both directions.

Totally agree BUT we knew DA's tactics when he was appointed. Plymouth fans told us that his style was not that pretty on the eye with negative being a word to describe his methods.

I'd rather play negative and be where we are than play negative and be in yet another relegation battle.

Phillips was subbed at the Crown Ground ....

Good point

Awful 2nd half

But still in top 7

42 points from possible 78 points still a very good return

Brilliant first half, then a very poor second half. A draw was a fair result in the end.

Really disappointed with that second half performance. I am fine with our counter-attacking style and it can be a good way to play. But we did not relieve pressure on ourselves at all and used the ball terribly, which only heaped the pressure on. Ends up playing the averages against us, making it more likely for a bit of skill/slip up/gap to see a goal. Could see what DA was trying with the shape change but it didn't really work, think the problems in the second half were more us getting to camped in and mentally shutting down a bit.

Letheren was decent against Tranmere but unconvincing today. Not commanding of his area and a bit questionable for their second goal. Appreciate he made a very good acrobatic save from a free-kick but not sure why he didn't just go for the second with his feet, although I would need to watch it again. Halstead back in for me.

A 'good' defensive/counter-attacking performance would see us use the ball better when we get it and create chances from the space that the opposition leave behind. This did not happen at all today, and was very disappointing after we did very well going forward in the first half.
