Burton Albion crowd trouble

Postby Keith » Sat Apr 18, 2009 10:02 am

during the pitch invasion last night, Oxford's James Constable was apparently hit by a "fan" [thug]. Could they become the first club to qualify for the play offs due to a points deduction?

it's out of order punishing the club, all the club can do is ban him for life, then everything else is a police matter

surly!?

I think the Conference chiefs can do what ever they want. It's the club who failed to control the fans, so they will cop it. I agree it would be unfair but on the other hand a pitch invasion is one thing, assaulting a player takes it to a new level.
