How we feeling?

Both Cambridge & Bolton are looking flakey at the moment. We could be runners-up this time next week! :o  :o Or, we could drop points to Bradford!

How we feeling?

Excited that we still have a chance of automatics but nervous too. Gonna be a long week!

On another note if it's not to be it was nice to see Salford slipping up yesterday. I had a funny feeling we were destined to play them if we do end up in the play offs. Happy not too with their squad strength. Not impossible but less chance after yesterday.

My funny feeling is that we predestined to play Newport with Ellison coming on late in the game :o

BM do not even go there! We can but hope that if that is the case we get a last minute winner followed by DA making a bee line for KE and screaming in his face. But maybe not, he has far too much class for that.

Hello

Longtime reader, but I don't really post to avoid the wrath of one or two

I just wanted to pop in and say what a season this has been! It has been painful not being able to attend but being able to watch online has enabled me to see the Shrimps home and away, which is a lot more than normal.

Derek Adams and John McMahon have delivered a miracle to us. I find myself feeling that I will be disappointed if we have to go through the play offs. Wow! He has built a team of warriors who fight for each other and have a true desire to win.

I cannot wait for next Saturday! I am confident that we will remain focused and not take anything for granted. I think Bolton will crumble under the pressure.

What a long week it will be! COYS

I can only think of Sam's that was a "questionable" sending off.

Liam Gibson at Cambridge was never a sending off in a million years. 1. Mullin backed into him. 2. Mullin didn't have control of the ball. In fact it landed after Mullin backed into him 10 feet further away from goal. 3. It was never a goalscoring opportunity as the ball was 30 feet in the air when Mullin went into him.

Dreadful decision in a game of poor decisions.

According to a Club official, The refs assessor at Cambridge reported that Gibsons red was a yellow at best as the ball was going out for a throw. And he also reported that the penalty awarded wasn’t!
Too late now, but we have had some daft decisions go for and against us!

Yes we have not had the best of decisions in some six-pointer matches, but I don't think any can have been
as bad as the penalty given to Peterborough against Lincoln last Saturday. An important six-pointer, it put the Posh back in the game.

Very true, I don't think I've ever seen a worse decision in any game. Almost go to say the officials in that game should be investigated it was that poor.
