Do you have more than one I follow account in one household?

I'm not getting much work done today, I also have a bad feeling everything will crash at 12.

Me too. I have account numbers for family members but not for myself, even though the season ticket and the iFollow payments are in my name. I've sent an email to the club while waiting in the phone queue, but its been 26 minutes now and I won't have enough phone credit to see this out, so am hoping they read and respond to the email.

I sent an email off last night so hopefully they will get to it. I totally understand that staff levels are low and others are as worried as me but jee whizz, this is horrible.

It certainly is. I hung on the phone shop extension for an hour, it then cut me off because I'd used up my credit. The instructions do say the best way is to phone or visit the club in person, so I'm now getting ready to join a physical queue at the stadium. Priority booking does last till Wednesday so hoping for a result before then!

If you're having problems go to the ground if you can. There is a chap with a laptop and a list, queue in the rain for 5 minutes and get your questions answered right away.

I was lucky enough to get a ticket through iFollow history. I have paid. I have an email with the receipt but no actual ticket ?? No e-ticket or anything. Am i alone in this? On the ticketmaster site the order is in my account history but again no ticket on the ‘manage tickets’ section

You're not alone, I'm hoping there will be a second email soon with a link to the printable tickets.

I've booked through Ticketmaster a couple of times before and you never usually get the ticket immediately - my guess is it's to stop ticket touts etc.

Just seen this posted on Facebook if anybody wants to have a look at what kind of view they're getting:

I would just like to say that the club responded to my emails and sorted out the issue I had by dinner time today. They do get a rough ride at times but it must have been equally as stressful for Martin and his team. I am sure it was easier for them when we were rubbish.

It’s been an exciting time, and stressful because of the rush for tickets, for everyone.
The club are still supervising COVID jabs today, and there are still only 4 full time staff organising and assisting with that and answering the phones, fielding emails enquiries and running the shop in the rush for tickets.
I went down today and they were doing a great job in sorting out a queue of people having trouble with linking accounts, registering, getting emails sorted and generally troubleshooting. While I was there, probably 10 people arrived and calmly and professionally they were helped either on a laptop or a mobile phone and went away with a better understanding of what they needed to do.
All 4 were in at 7am this morning, and were expecting to be there at least until 8pm tonight.
It’s heartening to hear the positive feedback from fans on here, it’s a dream time for all of us, including the office staff, but they are pulling together and hopefully getting the people who qualify for tickets, some tickets.
Well done to all of them.

...and I doubt it's even finished yet as I assume the next logistical headache will be sorting coach travel for the 3000 plus who want to get to Wembley.

Martin and all the Admin staff have done a superb job and need our thanks for the way that they have reacted under the intense pressure today.

Well done everybody..... :D :D :D

Hoping to be in London the day before so how does that work with printing tickets. Very poor that there is a total lack of clarity about this????

It will probably be more like three days before the event that you get the ticket. Even if you aren't able to print it off in time, you should just be able to get it up from the email to have on your phone.

Twitter is full of appeals from Blackpool fans trying to find extra tickets for families that can't all together or to swap seats and seats on coaches. It looks like we are all in the same boat.

Thanks Little Shrimp. I'm an old Dude who isn't as tech savvy as others. So as I understand it I will receive another e-mail in due course and can print my ticket from that or use it from my mobile without the use of a fancy app?

Sorted. After last nights trials trying to work it all out I came home this evening after a day away and found I had successfully registered and activated the account I guess by luck, trial and error. Visited the Wembley site to see views from seats (well worth doing) and found that the best views looked like those in Option 3 - the cheapest tickets. The most expensive were not available so I guess had all gone. Good value at £16.15 concession rate, particularly for an "old fart" like me. Also managed to book train travel from Arnside with my Senior Rail card so very happy.

Newport estimating they have 2,000 + tickets left for general sale tomorrow. When you consider they have higher average crowds than us, more season ticket holders than us and they also opened priority purchase up to their trust members it makes you think we too will still have a lot for general sale in the morning.

Over 800 had been purchased by season ticket holders up to 10am this morning, add to that the ifollow tickets.
Going by fans block numbers they started in the left hand corner and are now just about behind the goal, which is probably about half way plus the ones near the centreline which were dearer.

Also a FACT is that it was the EFL who told the club to use Ticketmaster, if you look, all the EFL clubs are using the same service so dont blame the Club for using it

Not having a go at the club at all just asking why could we not use tickets from the club and print them off a home like we did for sunday and scan them at wembley, modern tech should be abele to handle that ?. seats could be done like there done at the mazuma.

Can we purchase 2 tickets on one account? Or would we need more than one account to do this?

You can buy up to 4 tickets 'next' to each other (all tickets are a sold one seat apart for social distancing, but nobody is sat in the seat next to you).

You need to assign all tickets purchased to an individual (although it is not clear if ID checks will take place, or even if names are printed on tickets - because these are still to be issued.... including people that purchased on Monday). This might mean setting up individual accounts, which can be done at ticketmaster https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/ = "sign-in/register"

Once additional accounts have been registered, take note of the membership number - you will need this to add accounts to your network.

In your account. Go to "My Account". Under "Account Management" click "Network". then select "Add Members". Use membership number and member surname to search. Once added to network, you can buy tickets - and assign these to individuals in your network.

There's less than 600 tickets now left on general sale in the Morecambe end - so get your skates on as we don't want Taffs in our gaff (unless they support Morecambe) 8-)
Hello! Hello! We are the Morecambe boys!

Some Newport fans have got their tickets but it's for the EFL1 final.....now having to go through the hassle with Ticketmaster of replacement with the correct ones.

Suggest everybody checks their ticket is for the correct game.

If it's happened with Newport it could well happen to us.

Unbelievable.....   :o :o :o
