Biography: Jacob signed on a permanent deal in January 2021, having most recently been with Premier League side Crystal Palace, featuring in their Under-23 team.
He had previously made more than 60 first-team appearances for Ramsgate after making his debut in 2016, before impressing the Eagles whilst on trial.
In 2019, Mensah was named as one of the best young players in Non-League football by the Non-League Paper.
Debut: Darlington (H), 16th January 2021
