Fantastic start to the season results wise but the injuries are mounting up and thats a worry

Already lost Delaney and Obika before tonight - now looks like we might have lost Gibson as well

Another forward player apparently signing on Wednesday !!!

Gibson was superb when he came on, so really hope it isn't too bad. A dislocated shoulder *HOPEFULLY* won't keep him out for long.

SR mentioned in one of his last interviews on the YouTube channel how peculiar the injures are - they’re not the standard muscular injuries which is an encouragement as that would suggest a fault with the training system. Last season we were more fortunate with these spontaneous injuries, especially towards the start of last season, so it all evens out eventually.

Freak injury to Ayunga is set to keep him out for 6-8 weeks according to Stephen

Wonder what happened to Ayunga? Presumably a training ground injury. Can't wait for the next Physio update. Trouble is we now have two out of three of our main strikers on the treatment table. Maybe time for the midfield to push up more in support of Cole. Could also do with a fit and firing Wildig back.

Has anyone got a list of who is out and roughly how long for? It is certainly a long list for this time in the season. Hopefully, once everyone is back, we will have a bit of respite! I'd rather have our problems than Shrewsbury's. Apparently, they named two goalkeepers on their bench yesterday, due to a lack of depth to their squad.

I know that it's said that most of the injuries are freaky but it would be interesting to know how many have happened in matches and how it compares with injuries in training.

I thought it was after the game? Didn't SR say it was a freak accident, or was that someone else? Too many injuries, I can't keep up!

Too much communication from the club? Don't you yearn for the days when you could just make stuff up? :)

The impression I've gotten is that Ayunga twisted his knee in a funny way when chopping inside. Very freakish!

I seem to recall that he completed the game at Rovers and didn't appear injured. That's what confused me and I thought maybe an injury in training. However I think the club announced later it was an injury during the game. Hopefully he'll be back soon, was looking very promising and we need him! Him and Cole could be a real handful for defences.

Should be starting running this week and in line for selection in a couple of weeks.

One hell of as player to have on the subs bench initially.

Slight concern about the lad from Hull who doesn't appear to be even on the bench. Also our lad from over the Border isn't getting much game time. Wonder if there could be a recall for both in the near future..

Josh McPake played four times for us so far (Shrewsbury, Gillingham, Rotherham & PNE) so not missed too much!

Callum Jones has played twice (Blackburn & Gillingham). Plenty of time for him yet.
