Peterborough interested in striker

Hell..... if Accy want £1,5 million for Bishop we'd want £2 million for Cole....at least.... :D :D :D

Just hope that nobody makes a bid for Cole so near to transfer deadline day but he'll certainly be attracting some interest...after such a sensational start and it's one in the eye for Tranmere fans who said he'd never make it in EFL2...never mind EFL1.....

I've edited the thread title, based on the article you linked to... "Peterborough United showing interest in Accrington Stanley’s Colby Bishop". Unless there's more than one club interested?

cant see Cole doing a side ways move or dropping down a division for more money, he must be playing the best Football of his career and knows the grass isn't as greener on the other side

Cole is 2 months in to a 24 month contract so it will take another record bid to sign him this close to deadline day.

Totally agree, Cole has stepped up another level this season.

When Cole re-signed for 2 years he said that other offers were on the table then but after the year he had just had it felt right to carry on at Morecambe. As he has continued where he left off (if not even better) I can't see that anything will have changed unless another club gives him a big incentive. :)
