Put it this way morecombe on a conference crowd have a striker who made our team look like a load of turnip pickers playing football in their lunch break. I should imagine that even our squad players are not that cheap combined it would contribute significantly towards a striker especially if they are unemployed at present or are are subsidised by a parent club

First 20 pages they say that they are all over us and outplaying us and expect to win.

Final 4 pages reality sets in and they accept that we have been the better team throughout the game.

If you can bother to read all 24 pages then they make interesting reading but what a contrast a goal can make.

I loved the 'Conference crowds' stuff! Like:

A: They are such a HUGE club!

and

B: If they'd brought more than one minibus of fans, we'd have had a bigger crowd!
(Fair play to their fans that did travel, but they are hardly Sheffield United or Rotherham!)

That’s my point. If Lincoln take the piss about our small crowds compared to theirs, that’s fair game. However, we took more than 241 to St Albans for a night game in the Conference. Bearing in mind the distances, and our average home crowd, who is more tinpot?
