My hope is they bring Vale of Lune to the Mizuna Stadium for added income to complete the set.

“We are going to join up the dots between Raiders and Morecambe, hopefully to the benefit of both clubs.”

What dots? What benefits?

A bit worrying that they are allaying fears that nobody was really fearful about - well, until they allayed fears.
I don't like the sound of this. Why say there are no plans while saying twice that a future owner might have (twice)?

Categorically no, absolutely not. It is never going to happen, certainly not while I own them all,” he said.

“If someone (else) ended up owning all of these, which is doubtful, that would be up to them but there are no intentions to do that whatsoever.

Seems an odd condition to add when he could have just said there are categorically no plans.

We could do with the FA/EFL saying they wouldn't approve a move, then it really is put to bed.

Blimey Keith - you have a hell of a lot more faith in these dodgy dealers than I have. Ask Bury supporters if you doubt it. All the FA and EFL are concerned with is money. Full Stop. Look at their record on racism; sexism; the Premier League: they are both reactive, far too slow to act - and invariably utterly useless at the end of it all anyway. Eton still has automatic representation on the FA Board for god's sake - and they don't even play soccer! (This as one of their number endlessly burbles on about `levelling up'. What a joke: this overprivileged, rich gentleman has as much idea of how people like you and me live as I have about Chinese Alligator Wrestling...) It's time we got rid of them and replace these unelected Old Boys' Clubs with something modern, accountable and reflective of modern society: perhaps a legal requirement to have a majority of fans as shareholders of all football clubs for a start...

Worcester Raiders might have applied to enter this seasons FA Cup competition.

I shouldn't have thought so as there would be a conflict of interests should those teams be drawn to meet each other but others may know better than me.

Yes, play their games at Sixways. Rumours of money troubles at both clubs.

Not ideal. If I understand the timeline right it seems like before Colin formed Bond Group Investments and it doesn't include Jason right?

Not really what the club wants to be dealing with 28 days before KO of a new season.

Oh for a buy out by our current BoDs.....

Somehow I can't see it happening unless they have contacts in London that want to get involved.

:?: :?: :?:

We owe a big thanks to both Jason and Colin but the time is right for all parties to move on especially our club before we get involved in some financial matters concerning their stake in the club.

I'll chip in £5. It can't be that expensive.

The club have, rightly, been very quick to make this statement of clarification.

I always wondered if they ever had any cash or did they take a loan out to buy us?

There seems to have been a lot of strange goings on with loans and securing it against land etc and now the club seem to be paying a high interest rate on something, it all doesn't seem to add up.

Understand why you've done it Keith BUT for those who have already read this original thread this new info from the club and Colin will be of interest hence why i feel it s worthy of a new topic to bring it to the attention of everybody in particular those who have read the original thread.
