Time for us to empty our pockets once again....

I'll start the ball rolling with a £5 once I know who will be in charge of the collection....

Do I seem to remember there has been a collection since J.B's, and the manager said he would pay his own fine and said to give it to charity. Don't get me wrong, I am asking out of curiosity, not against a collection. Dependant on which match I'll be there to donate.

Yes, Derek said no need, if you want to collect donate it to a charity.
I think the JB one was as we were in the throws of no money and people not being paid, and Jim had been incensed by an Alex Kenyon sending off. Plus he had been in charge for years.
Love Stephens passion but is it the right thing to do?
I’m not against it, and I’m not sure it’s warranted myself.
But If it goes ahead, I’ll help.

One manager gets fine paid by the fans, previous manager asks fans to donate to charity instead of paying his fine. Why not pay the present manages fine? Would be a nice thankyou from the fans for the hard work and entertaining football he has brought us this season.
Don't worry be happy!

I do think he has been approached by the Trust and refused the offer, preferring it to go to a local good cause, so I’m lead to believe?
