Bright first ten minutes or so, putting pressure on Milton Keynes. Strong, swirling wind which is mainly behind us. Three shots from us, but none of them particularly strong.

Milton Keynes hit the post in their first decent attack, then a minute or so later, ripped us apart. We've had plenty of ball but not hurt MK at all.

Not mentioned on commentary, but McDonald should have had a penalty on 34th minute. Watched it twice and his foot was definitely tapped, but he stayed on his feet, albeit, off balance, and then lost the ball. If he'd gone down, it would have been an obvious decision for the ref.

0-2

Don't see any way back in to this. Back to poor defending again. Another sloppy error.

Two superb saves from their keeper, firstly from Gnahoua who was clean through, then in particular the second, a great shot from McCalmont which looked defined for the goal.

We're playing better, but need a goal soon.

Unchallenged header from the corner. Far too much space. 0-3 now after we'd played well, but not clinical up front and too soft in defence.

Gave away a soft free-kick. Stood and watched as they took a quick free-kick, which left us with no defence. Easy goal but quick thinking by their lads.

I think they look like a decent side, to be fair and for periods, we competed well. But they didn't make any silly, soft goals, while we gave away three, arguably four (the 'Beyond Radio' lads thought the first goal was soft, whereas I thought it was actually well played by Milton Keynes).

I changed my prediction when I heard Cole was injured, so at least I'll pick up points in the Prediction Competition. Just a 'shame' I was far too optimistic, thinking we'd only lose 0-2

One to forget really, especially from about 15' on.

Starting brightly, really think the result would have been completely different if we'd been able to score one of those early chances, but oh well.

Pick ourselves up so we're ready to go again against Buxton on Saturday. The boys will have to sleep in altitude tents to prep their bodies!

and that's the reality if Stockton does go in January. We'd seriously need to spend some money. Toothless today.

A new GK should be the top priority in January. The defence have zero confidence in him and when you are fighting to stay in a league, you need a dominating Goalkeeper. It is almost as if every shot on goal goes in and every cross causes a meltdown. I like the lad and the way he goes about things but he is costing us games.

The wind dropped quite a lot from this morning thankfully.
Played into it first half and did ok for twenty minutes. Then Eisa was set free, we hesitated, claimed for offside, then ran back, fell over and he waltzed through and finished. Poor defending, decent move.mates sat in the stand swear he was a yard offside at least, however, doesn’t matter now.
Second goal was from a flowing move which Ockers tried to clear with his standing foot, looped up nicely for again another lad, he did a dummy, we all dive in and a side foot home! Daft.
Had some good efforts on goal second half with the wind in our favour , Arthur on for Duffus who was poor, Gibbo on for Ryan, 3 at the back, Ayunga and Arthur up top. Arthur had a first time effort well saved after a flowing move, from the corner Alfie has a great effort from the D tipped wide by the keeper and they looked a bit shaky.
However we couldn’t capitalise and they scored from their first effort on target, from a set piece! As per!! Preventable as it was free header.
Couple of free kicks let go by the ref, silly jiggly fouls she allowed them, then Wes does the same, they take the free kick quickly and we are all at sea, 4-0!! Flattery as we have been battling. Couple of worthy efforts on target by Ayunga and Wes which the keeper gathered easily. But sadly, got what we deserved and it could have got worse!
Martin Foyle is a busy lad I’ll wager?? :D
If life without Cole is on the cards, if today is anything to go by, Obika MUST be able to trap a ball, as Duffus, Ayunga, and Arthur ( who was the best of the three today) failed to get the ball under control and bring others in very much, IMO obvs.

Our defence is shocking an under 10s team would rip us apart.

We need a new keeper, 2CBs and two winger.

The defence and front three were awful. I do qonder if we over play it at times and the odd long ball might work.

We massively over play it at times and look very easy to play against. Alfie and Callum are such technical players and look too good for the other 9. They are always looking forward but were let down by a horror show up top. I have said Ayunga is missing something and like Freez says, it is a first, second or third touch. His constant step overs and chops drive me mad. He could be a top L1 footballer but has a poor work ethic as well.

we dont have the quality to play 3 upfront, we’d be better suited with 4 in midfield as we have more quality in midfield.

like Toums & Philips offer more than Duffus, McDonald, Arthur, if we were to go 4-4-2
