Those comments on here like this I hope will stop now. Can definitely level questions at him tactically but the players are fighting for him. Back him. Good on Robbo

Unbelievable. Fantastic comeback. Please start the next game as you started second half of this game.
Well done to players and the manager.

As exciting as the score suggests!

That was a real 'game of two halves'

Brilliant result. Were the team playing for the club, the manager or themselves? No idea but great effort second half. And I withdraw my earlier comments about S.R. Hopefully get some decent signings in January and push on. And despite poor recent results and also playing the bottom team in the division, we still had over 4000 (just!) watching today.
I think the last time we won 4-3 at home was against Crewe when Dave Artell scored the winner. Mmmmm

Was watching on iFollow this evening. Dave said we should expect 2 new signings to be announced in the next 24-48 hours.

Think Wildig provides a bit of calmness and craft. Would start him whenever available. Obika looked a handful also. Could take some pressure off Cole.

Unbelievable turnaround. Couldn't make it but listened to the second half. You could hear the crowd from Lancaster!

Obika as had a bad injury, i think he might be best used like today as an impact sub late on in games untill he gets back to full match fitness

Didn't get a good look at Obika today as he was down the other end but on Wed he was seriously slow hopefully he gets quicker with more fitness.

Yeovil Town 4-3 the last time. We seem to get one of these games every few years! So many comments need to be retracted today! SR still has the players in my opinion. It is still going to be a rollercoaster of a season but it's going to be fun! Hope my nerves can take it! :D

I totally agree - he'll need to be brought along slowly but it's good to have another option at least. I'm not quite as sure about Ayunga but again, he needs game time.

Amazing what a bit of effort and hard work can do. That 2nd half has to be the bench mark from here on in. Toums and Wildig have to start because we have to have players with their experience and time at the club at the centre of our fight to stay up. It sounds daft but Alfie is too good for what we need. He is a lovely footballer who will have a fantastic career but we can't have that in the middle of the park . The same for Callum, he doesn't put his foot in where it hurts and we can't afford missed tackles and lost midfield battles.

Ayunga has shown that he has the heart today and we need to see him build on that. O'Conner was immense, he won every header I think. Cole is class, the complete striker.

Fair play to you for even admitting it! I did say, when we pulled it back to 4-3, "I wonder if anyone left at 3-0?"

Saturday 5th October 2013

Morecambe 0 Chesterfield 3 at Half Time
Morecambe 4 Chesterfield 3 at Full Time
Gary McSheffrey scored for Chesterfield.

Sunday 2nd January 2022

Morecambe 0 Doncaster 3 at Half Time
Morecambe 4 Doncaster 3 at Full Time
Gary McSheffrey manager of Doncaster.

Bet he loves us!

A group of Crewe fans had to leave on about the 86th minute in order to catch trains back home. They were told on Lancaster station that they'd lost, having left the game at 1-3 and us on ten men!

Today is up with that game.

Isn't that just typical of our team to score 4 goals and win a game that many thought lost at H/T... :o :D ;) Still question marks about our defense but what it does show that if they have the desire they can overcome whatever is thrown at them... :!: :!: :!:

I heard that and thought it was a bit cheeky at best. Eight months since we won at Wembley, wonder how long it has been for fans of most clubs? Wigan, Sheffield Wednesday, Charlton Athletic and, even, Doncaster Rovers fans are even 'longer suffering' I'd have thought?
