Where are the 21 points coming from for us to reach the 50 point mark

I personally think we will possibly reach about 40 and that’s all but that’s only my honest opinion

Just the 2nd time in our League career that I thought we would drop, wonder if Sunderland will settle for a 0.0 :?
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Anything is possible of course. I can just about make a case for 18 points out of those fixtures That *might* be enough if things fall out luckily! We can only hope. One thing I would say is that I think the additions to the squad have made it more rather than less likely that safety can be achieved.

I think the points total will depend on which Morecambe team turns up. On Saturday against Bolton they were really good and easily capable of accruing enough points to survive. On the other hand, last night at Lincoln in the first half we were abysmal littering the half with defensive errors and half hearted performances by at least half the team. On that performance we will not survive in League 1. We are in a fight and frankly some of our signings don't look interested in that and some like Phillips and Ayunga are inconsistent and there is no way of knowing whether the good player or mediocre player will turn up. Thank goodness for Toums. Leigh and Stockton!

That's exactly it. Early in the season, my Port Vale supporting mate said that he wondered if we were a 'big game club' who will only really turn up for the big matches, not the bread & butter games? As we're not good enough to consistently take points off the top clubs, we need the 'small games' to go our way.

So how did that work out then?
