It will be right. The Posh don't appear to need to save on wages so have slapped a large figure on his head (how many times have they watched him play while he has been with us?), Renes contract runs out sometime soon so he will become a free agent. Posh have turned down multi million £ offers for their current strikers. They are in the Championship next season and I can see Fergie v Fergie in the next couple of seasons :roll:

I feel if Rene does'nt change his ways he will spend a long time on the sidelines :roll:

Silly money, not worth half of that price tag. You'd think Posh would let him go for nothing. He is worthless to them, not good enough to get into the first team of a championship club. If he is on £3k a week you'd have thought Posh would want to save his £150k salary, or spend it in other areas.

B.T.W. Posh will also be forking out another £100,000 to Norwich for the Joe Lewis deal as they have been promoted to the Championship ;)
