Suspect Bradford might be regretting sacking him going by their recent form too.

But what a result today for us. Although sometimes I wonder if its more stressful at home getting pings from the app and watching Jeff on TV

Sorry but he hasn't been nominated.....absolutely disgraceful BUT typical of the EFL Board....load of morons....who don't give a sod about fans. Portsmouth at home on Easter Monday given the travel problems is horrible. As is Charlton on a Good Friday BUT credit to all those who went.

Incredible result

Real resilience for last ten minutes which shows how much the team are together

Look at the Charlton team at the end of the game (this included stockley, washington, aneke and forster caskey

Bradford seem like a lower level Manchester United to me - no matter what top managers or players they appoint, there seems to be deep rooted problems within the club itself that stop them from succeeding. Derek was simply the latest scapegoat for them. Bradford fans raved about what an upgrade Mark Hughes was for them and he’s lost more than he’s won (and still hasn’t won a home game for them).

I think even their own fans acknowledge the inherent problems, but they just can't help building up massive expectations every season. When a promotion run doesn't materialise they go into meltdown. They can't help themselves. They tasted the big time a few years ago and many of them feel they should be there for ever.

They slaughtered Derek because their CEO had told them that nothing else than promotion this season would be regarded as failure. I bet they are now regretting not treating Derek with a bit more respect and patience. Since coming back to us he is proving what a quality manager he is.

We have humility and patience, they don't. End of!

Saw a meme somewhere after we lost to Shrewsbury taking the **** out of DA as Bradford had just got a positive result. I'd love to find that now but it's mysteriously disappeared.

Derek isn't an impact manager. It took him a little while to get things right in both times at mfc but I can see things building from here. Bradford will never have success unless they are prepared to give a manager a couple of seasons to get things right
