Sorry about SV being down for the last few days, it wasn't my fault!
The host moved to a new server, but apparently, then lost details, so were unable to contact customers who were affected.
Fixing it then moved a couple of levels above my technical knowledge.
For anyone who cares, the @A Record and * Record needed their DNS changing to the new ones. Trouble is, these changes can take anything up to 48 hours to 'populate'. Adding to the confusion, the first tech support gave me a wrong IP Address, so I'd actually done everything correctly on Thursday, but with duff information! Obviously, when that didn't work, I assumed it was my fault! Spent all morning today going back around.
And yet, here we are...
