The Gypsy King Tyson Fury

The Gypsy King Tyson Fury

Postby red shrimp » Sun Jul 24, 2022 5:13 pm

An obvious big announcement was missed due to the forum being down last week, so what is everyone’s opinion on 2 time world champion Tyson fury sponsoring the teams shorts
, with a future “bigger announcement” apparently on the way. IMO a great deal for the club which has given us a lot of publicity in the last few days alone. I’m excited to see what the next announcement is , hopefully something to do with the pitches? Thoughts.

I reckon he's going to be the team mascot for the home game against Bolton... :D :D I can just see the look on a certain person's face when Tyson comes striding out the tunnel...

The 3G pitches are of no use to Tyson really and neither is the land behind the Car Wash side. The problem with the pitches is that they have deteriorated and need a lot of money spending. Would there be any grants available if they were put back as a Community facility for the youngsters of Morecambe to use ?

I wonder if he's been to games before? I know he's a football fan (Man Utd?) It would be great if he became a regular at the Mazuma.

So how did that work out then?

Please don't! In addition to being embarrassing, the infantile goading of the opposition nearly got us relegated last season, having contributed directly to events at the end of the Bolton game; which cost us two valuable league points and a famous victory against the Trotters. Yes Evatt is an utter prick - but there is no reason for anybody to engage or interact with players or managers so close to the dugouts.

I believe home and away benches have already been switched this season due to safety concerns. I'm amazed the club has not done anything to create more separation between home supporters and the technical areas. Whatever happened against Bolton, cannot happen again.

Please take note of    in my post.

Unless he starts the abuse I'd like to think that my fellow C Premier seat holders will act with decorum and simply recognize him for what he is..... :?: :?: :?:

I'm not sure housing away team managers 4 yards from CC can be classed as a verbal safety concern, lol

Brilliant news on Fury. Thought it would never happen so well done to those concerned. Excited on the next announcement. I think supporting little morecambe all fits into Fury's public persona so hopefully it works well for both parties
