Which would be even more impressive than last season IMO because:

a) It means we have retained supporters that came/committed last season for the first time - which represents real growth of our regular fanbase.... perhaps the largest in the football league as a percentage of average attendance over the last 5 seasons. We previously had around 800 season ticket holders prior to COVID.
b) The club has increased the child season ticket price - which weren't always being used regularly last season; people bought them on the off chance that they'd be taking a kid at some point. Despite this sales are consistent.... in reality there is most likely an uplift of people actually attending games and revenue as a result of this decision (the correct one IMO when you saw the number of empty seats at sold out games last season)

I still think kids season tickets in the Bartercard should have been kept a bit cheaper say £50 for the main stand and £30 for the Bartercard.

Pesonally think selling over 2500 this year is a bigger achievement than last season (with the cost of living crisis and fuel charges etc)

Well done to everyone who as purchased a ticket (yes they are cheap but money can always be put towards other things at this current time)

2504 this year.
2561 Last year.

So down by 57, which I think is a good effort. Especially taking into account the rise in price for kids and we are also up on seating by 72.
We might of even gained in terms of money taken?
Who knows we could sell a couple more before the weekend...

People will keep buying for the next few weeks, so we might just beat the total of last season.

As a lot of people get paid today we could hit 6000 S/T holders for the season. The next target is getting as many of them to come regularly as possible. Support on the day is as important as financial support for the club.

Not sure we'd be allowed to sell more tickets than stadium capacity - it's a little bit Ryanair :?

2600 ST sold and to think, a few seasons back, we weren't getting 1000 home fans for Tuesday night games. To think how far we've come in that time is remarkable.

Over 2700 sold now, potential that they might actually sell out at this rate!

As much as I’m the optimist, if someone had told me we’d have to cap ST sales at 3,000 a couple of years ago I may have pulled a funny face…..

As it is I couldn’t be more chuffed, it just goes to show what’s possible when people pull together.

How many would that leave available to buy on the day does anyone know? Not sure I'll make enough home games to break even on the season ticket but might have to just to be guaranteed entry at this rate!

I would think about a 1000, although I am not 100% sure what our capacity is.

Remember that as a Season Ticket holder you have priority on all home Cup game tickets.

So as and when we play a club such as Man Utd  in the FA Cup at home you are guaranteed a ticket which is an added bonus.

Since when has the chance to watch Man U been an 'added bonus' ? :!:

2nd prize is a ticket to watch 2 Man U games.

The position we are in at the moment probably means that any 3rd round FA Cup tie at home will be a sellout.
