That Arthur Gnahoua would be our leading goal scorer?

On another 'who thought'... considering the number of people who say they stopped coming here because it was "so negative" ...there are people on Facebook calling for Derek to be sacked after four games and saying they will stop coming to watch because we're so negative! Okay, I agree, we sat too deeply in the second half, which invited Fleetwood forwards, but for all that, we still had more shots on target than them, and we hit the woodwork (which isn't on target). On another day, we'd be two or three up at half-time. Derek's style is to make a side difficult to beat, first & foremost, which he's doing. Nearly another clean sheet, in awful conditions for football. And, am I the only one who actually enjoyed the game? Yes, disappointed that we didn't beat Fleetwood, who are one of the sides we probably need to finish above if we're to stay in League One, but a bit of perspective folks.

I actually really enjoy seeing Morecambe solid at the back. Really well organised and tough to break down. Makes for a refreshing change!

Exactly, I thought it was a good game on Saturday. First half, we were the better side, second half Fleetwood were. If we'd scored two (or more) in the first half, we'd have won. We've not got a win yet, but we're going to get much more difficult to beat.
