Good first half. Phillips missed a one-on-one, but from then on, Wednesday have had the best chances, which included a cracking shot, and even better save from Ripley.

Next Saturday could show how far we are behind most (or all) other teams in this league.

Still not completed the 'magical' 10 games yet but it looks pretty bleak :(

Why was the second goal identical as the first ??
Why was Windass not picked up on the second goal ? He just ghosted in again unchallenged

Of the bottom nine, only Milton Keynes are a surprise, who I expect to make up ground on the others soon. Saturday is a HUGE game for us. Win, and we will start to build some confidence that we may finish in the top half of the 'mini-league'. Get beaten, and we'd start to think the bookies may finally have got it right

I agree Saturday a must win game, lose that and it’s looking pretty bleak for the rest of the season.

A draw won’t be good enough.

It’s time to step up!

We allowed Barry Bannon the freedom of the pitch and with his magical left foot he was able to work his magic. Every Wednesday attack came through him but at no stage did we mark him tightly. I am afraid that tactically we are nowhere good enough for League 1. I also thought Stockton looks unfit and he seems to be carrying a few extra pounds. I hate to say this but if nothing changes we are in serious trouble.

He hasn't played football for a few weeks, he isn't match fit. I was shocked to see him starting, and maybe looking back it was the wrong thing to do. He had a tough job to do last night, and imo didn't look up to it.

Tactically DA got it very wrong.

No attacking intent throughout the game, just a desire to keep them out.

Not often that I question DA and his way of playing but results to date suggest to me that he's got it wrong too many times this season.

The stats show that they had over 70% of the play and to let Bannon have the freedom of the park without playing him man to man was unforgivable.

DA needs to adjust his thinking and play a more expansive game otherwise we are going to continue to struggle.

Derek is a great league 2 manager and has the magic formula to get teams out of league 2 but it doesn't work in league 1.

Also if you look back at his previous clubs after a good initial 12-18months things start to go pear shaped, if you were to go an ask Plymouth fans they would say exactly what we are saying now and then he will then start to blame everyone else but himself and stick to his style/tactics come what may.

Funny how fans turn against managers so quickly.....or maybe it's not funny. Last season he was a Morecambe hero and our saviour now, 8 matches in he's the guy to blame!

No matter what happens this season, even if he takes us down, he will always be a hero to most for giving us a brilliant day at Wembley, and the unthinkable dream of league 1 football.

The majority of the "fans" that are calling him out have only ever known success and weren't around in the miserable JB days.

I support Derek 100%, even if we get relegated.I would want him to be our manager in league two, in fact I would extend his contract now. I was disappointed with the result last night but not surprised, they have players on £800 000 a year salaries with attendances 27 000 plus, realistically, how can we compete with that. It's the games against Burton, Accy, FGR etc, similar size clubs to ourselves, where we need the wins.

Agree that Adams needs time. I think we will pick up results soon, but need a win of any description to breed confidence. We are minnows but have arguably a better squad than last season, so need a bit of time to jell. Cole's form and attitude will be key to staying up but others will also need to chip in. Last night we were simply outclassed against a far bigger club.
