Shareholders meeting

Shareholders meeting

Postby redrobo » Wed Oct 19, 2022 10:13 am

Can't recall how many years have past since shareholders in OUR club had an annual meeting.

:?: :?: :?:

It may well be that the current owners of the club don't want to have one as it could expose their current financial position within OUR club whilst having to face some probing questions from the shareholders which they may wish not to have to answer.

Or maybe we've had lockdowns and no "social" / multi people gatherings......

Annual shareholder's meetings are obligatory. If you're a shareholder and havn't received the statutory notices etc., then you need to contact the company secretary to ask why.
