Have your say on the 'Match Day Experience'.

Crap survey format. Too many questions irrelevant to me, and if you do one thing wrong you have to re-enter things you've already done once. Can't be ar$ed trying again.

I agree, very amateurish, looks to have been cobbled together by a student. Some irrelevant questions you have to answer (I just entered n/a), and nowhere to enter other ideas/concerns. I can't imagine the club will gain anything useful from it.

Also not good in that it doesn't say near the "submit" button whether it's been accepted or not - you have to scroll back up to see which parts it's rejected, and if accepted, you have to scroll back up to see the "accepted" note right at the top.

I have to agree with the above comments. The idea is great and it is good to be able to provide feedback but the survey itself is a bit half arsed which is a real shame. It hardly scratches the surface or probes for any indepth replies.

Yes, must admit, I found it a bit frustrating that I left an irrelevant question blank, which meant that when I pressed 'submit', it looked like it had 'frozen'. I hit it and waited a few times, before scrolling back up and finding that I couldn't leave it blank.

ShrimpsVoices wasn't even listed as a "Social Media" option, but I'll bet there are more people viewing here than the club 'Twitter' feed or 'Instagram' etc. Probably more daily hits here than the official web site too, so why the club still ignore it, rather than use it, I don't know.

It's not great is it, I suppose they wanted to get more detailed responses than just yes/no, so they 'force' you to write in the boxes. It's slightly easier to fill in on your phone. Scrolling up is a bit faster (but still annoying) and you can give multiple choice answers without the faff of hitting Ctrl.

Some complain that our club don't communicate enough but when they do all they get is negativity .
I sometimes get the feeling that ho matter what the club try to do that there will be some who simply enjoy putting our club down.

Not perfect but at least I appreciate giving my thoughts to the survey and what our club are doing.

Is it possible for you to tell how many people follow the club's Twitter feed? Perhaps that is busier. I have Twitter but don't really use it, so perhaps it is just me? I know you and a couple of other people on here use it regularly, but I don't know many people. And I didn't even know they had an Instagram account?

Facebook I have no doubt is much busier.

Regardless, when this is a free service that is well viewed, I've never understood why the club don't make use of it? I don't think it is a "big, big claim" to suggest that it is a different type of social media user, who uses SV rather than Twitter or Facebook?

I don't think it is "a load of abuse", rather feedback, which is what was being asked for in the first place.

RR, yes people want communication, but quality is as important as quantity. In this instance the feedback on here is that the quality is poor. In my case I wanted some not applicable answers for things such as match day ticket purchases since, as a season ticket holder who hasn't the spare cash for cup games etc., I haven't bought a match day ticket in years.

Twitter 57.2k Followers
YouTube 13.9k Subs
No idea about Insta and TikTok, far too old for them.

It is a huge claim to think that more people come on here to read the mind bending views of RR than the other Social Media available.

Once over this was the source we all used for info etc but it is a bit like Teletext in a 5G world now i'm afraid.
