Topic of conversation at the Awards Night. I couldn't remember a single penalty we were awarded or scored in a league game during 2008/09 season. Anyone remember one?

If true we didn't get a penalty, is it some sort of record?

I think cardiff had enough penalties for everyone something like 16 and still failed to make the play offs

My God Safe to say Matty Bell has got more mentions from Punkisdead in two days than he got from the rest of SV all year. Theres a kendal town thread down below, why not link him with them Punkisdead? or why not start a o/t thread about the recent swine flu and mention how his release could have prevented that!!

I know it wasn't the question - but we also got two penalties in the FA cup games with Cheltenham (one in the abandoned game, and one in the rearranged fixture).

When I first read this thread I couldn't remember us getting a penalty in the league either, and I was also at the Jester game. It's worrying how easily I'm forgetting things. I do remember the penalty at Jester being somewhat debateable:
