The French game on Saturday

Hopefully the club will make arrangements for fans to watch the game upstairs rather than in JBs bar which would allow a far greater number to witness the game.

Rumours from sky sports and on twitter that a number of EFL teams have requested to bring forward the kickoff time for games on Saturday to better accommodate the England France game at 7pm. Hope we're not one of them.

If there really were 11 in last night this would make zero sense (for us).

4 hour gap. Charlton wouldn’t make it home in any case. Keep it at 3. Some will stay behind and watch in JBs

Wouldn't bank on it - there is a function on this and most weekends with the run-up to the festive period/office xmas parties etc.

In terms of the event itself, and many like it at various venues this Saturday - I can see a few dog ate my homework excuses coming out from those that are supposed to attend!

PS is this not a World Cup thread?

Just about squeaking in enough "Morecambe FC" content, to not be 'Off Topic'. If it needs "O/T", then it would be dumped!

Lee Clarke posted a photo of his winning bet slip, otherwise I wouldn't have known the score of the last shame-game!
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?
