Anybody who can defend these kind of negative tactics week in week our needs their head read! Unfortunately draws are no good for us either we need wins. Time for a change of manager and at least have a god damn go!!!!

An utterly dreadful performance, one of many. What Derek hopes to achieve by playing this sort of football I don't know. He may have saved Plymouth a few seasons ago from this position, but I don't sadly think he will save Morecambe without changing his style of play.

Now 7 points below the relegation line and still the board stick with Adams . LITTLE OLD MORECAMBE IS BACK . We are going to start getting the words “ size of our budget” “ ownership issues” etc etc , . NO try looking at the tactics these players are being made to play ! . Our so called manager is just not good enough !!!

Accrington Stanley haven't won a home League game since the 1st October, when they played...

...Morecambe.

To be fair, he was okay, although, he made a mistake by taking their lad out for his second yellow. At that point in the game, seventh minute of six added on, he may as well have let their lad go.

Did Stockton touch the ball after he came on? Perhaps a couple of times.
Did Phillips touch the ball before going off? A few, but hardly anything.

Can't think why they're not scoring...

The positive is he won’t be playing against Accy , too hit and miss for me ( same could be said for most I guess !)

"I thought we did very well"
"I was delighted with how we played"
"We created some really good opportunities and did enough to draw the game, if not win the game
"

WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K???!!!???

If Derek Adams was "delighted" with that utter garbage, then it is little wonder we're going down with a whimper.

We had ONE SHOT ON GOAL, a powder-puff header from a defender at a corner. Yes, we were perhaps unlucky when Melbourne hit the post, but they then score on the break, because Melbourne has gone forwards, so is out of position.

Here's a thought, play with four or five defenders, four or three midfielders, and two attackers, who can actually create chances. One shot on target is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

The most frustrating thing is we are losing most games by just 1 goal

24 games left

Please please please Derek let the shackles off the players

That is it, exactly. One, very weak header on target, that didn't make their keeper work at all. We created one clear chance in the entire match. Defending deep and hitting teams on the break worked in League Two, it doesn't work in League One. Even a side as dreadful as Port Vale will score if you defend deep for too long. Our midfield today was overwhelmingly defenders. We didn't create anything of worth for our forwards.

It is so frustrating because individually, we've got some quality, but defending, and aiming for a 0-0 hasn't worked all season and isn't showing signs of working.

I said (although the situation was different) when he came back and after Shrewsbury, that you won't get far in League One with 30% possesion a game and got laughed at by some. His team selection today was a joke. Gibbo is not and never will be a midfielder. Let's have a go in future games please Derek and attack!

He was "delighted" with a 1-0 defeat and one shot on target, so clearly, that isn't going to happen.
