Looks like Port Vale are battering FGR this second half. If they can get a goal (or two!) the day could get even better!

Oh my gosh what a result

Burton looked awful at the back and that`s been polite especially for a team full of experience (Hamer, Mariappa and Brayford)

GETT INNNNNNNN

Haven't scored 5 at home (in the league?) since 2011 according to Sky. Would have taken a brave person to put it down as their prediction competition score anyway. Two great results to give credit where it's due!

FA Cup weekend next week so not many games

If we can beat Cheltenham we could actually be out of the bottom 4 which would be bloody amazing

We've won our two "must win" games. If we'd lost them both, we'd have been nine points from safety. Now, we're one point from safety. Next week is a 'really would be nice to win', but if we don't win, it isn't a disaster. Cambridge is our next 'must win' game.

But, if we can win both of the next two...

Well we definitely did our homework for that one! Just having a quick look over Burton's Twitter and a lot of their fans are complaining about the high line, sounds like they've had a few near misses recently. Very pleasing that we've gone and capitalised today.

We could well have been cut adrift after these couple of games, I think 10 or so points from safety probably would have been too much of an ask. But instead we're right back in it - super tight now, really could be anyone. Let's keep up the form!

Amazing how things can change in just two games

Portsmouth manager could be sacked tonight

Onwards and upwards to Cheltenham (Keep Alfie May quiet and could be another 3 points)

We worked out the high line early on and nearly had success every time we put the ball over but Burton just kept going with it, maybe there manager is as stubborn as Derek.

I thought Gibbo was brilliant in Midfield today he's now playing the ball out and finding a pass maybe he will turn into a midfielder after all.

Fantastic performance and result. We have struggled due to a lack of goals, so five will give massive confidence for the team. COYS

Six bloody defenders, what's that all about, and as for playing that Gibson in midfield, breaking up play, passing like a world beater and keeping a cool head when needed, how dare he play like that. Get him back in defence, that's what I say. While I'm at it, will somebody tell Cooney and Mayor to stop crossing the half way line, they are defenders !!!!!!!!
