Returned to Huddersfield due to long term injury

Bad news for us but would just like to say how well he has done for us whilst on loan

Also heard Stockton is injured as well so Ash Hunters return is very good timing

Apparently he's out of contract in the summer. Wonder if we might be seeing him again? ;)

My cousin supports Huddersfield and he told me Keiran had signed a contract to 2025.

Sh*t......wonder if DA and GS will unearth another striker wanting to prove himself at a higher level in the coming days..... :?: :?: :?:

Hopefully Cole will be back ASAP and that Ash is able to replicate the form he has had at previous clubs 'cause we'll need them both..

A Cole / Ash partnership up front may have been DA's thinking at the start of the season but Ash's injury changed DA's approach.....hence the arrival of Kieran.... :?: :?: :?:

Obviously we all wish Kieran a speedy recovery....was it a training ground accident that has caused the injury... :?: :?: :?:

The new lad can play as a number 10 so maybe we could play him behind Cole

Wish him well, we were just starting to look like a good team. Hope this doesn't stop our push to climb away from the bottom 4. We could do with a striker coming in this week.

That's a big blow for us and a big setback for Kieran.

Lets hope we can source another quality loanee to fill his boots

Really sad news for Kieran. Hope he makes a full recovery, he's clearly a talented player.

Yes - bad news for us and Kieran, who clearly enjoyed his time here based on his twitter post in which he made a point of thanking the fans for their support... which he didn't have to do. I believe that the injury was sustained in training, rather than from the knock he received during the last fixture. Hopefully he makes a full and speedy recovery - interesting to see how his career progresses going forwards, he did not look out of place at this level.

Big hole for Derek to replace now; with 7 goals and 3 assists Phillips has been directly involved in 10 of the 26 league goals we have scored so far this season (24 since he arrived on loan) = 38.5%.... could do with a fit and fired up Cole, who has shown improved form in recent games, getting amongst the goals again.

From a head count point of view that's 2 in and 4 out so the squad has 2 less players at the moment.

Derek did say he was hoping to get one in this week and he would have known about Keiran's injury so hopefully a forward coming into the building this week.
