Forest Green predictions

Personally this is a must win game ... (must start with 2 up front and go at them from the start)

Morecambe 2 Forest Green 1

If Derek sticks to his preferred one up front, defend deep style that he returned to yesterday, we probably lose.
If Derek returns to his not preferred, but working, two up front and attack, we win.

Which Morecambe will we see?

I totally agree, this is a MUST WIN game, so hopefully we will see the same line-up and tactics as the Bristol Rovers game, with similar outcome.

3-0 and happy days :D :D :D

But, FGR know this is a must win game for them too. If they lose to us, they will need play-off form (1.7 points per game) for the rest of the season, in order to have any chance of staying up.

So how did that work out then?

We have to pick our best team and go for a result. No obsession with defence and no selection of a couple of players who are clearly not good enough for League 1. These players were selected yesterday and have nothing positive to offer. Saturday's a vital game when we have to win at least 6 games of the fixtures remaining.

These are the games we really need to be winning. Putting some breathing room between us and those below us is key.

Home form to carry us through. 3-1

Obviously everybody going on the same theme on set up. Fgr know they have to win this to get back in touch. D.A. being D.A. Shrimps 1- fgr 2.

1 -3 Terrible defeat, cold pies, playing with one up front, spilt my half time pint and the worse Ref we've had all season (how was that not a pen?).

Surely we can win this one, can't we?!
FGR bottom of the table.
Big Dunc has no 'New Manager Bounce' - if anything the FGR players will be starting to think he's a complete Jonah.
Derek going with his 'attacking' home team.
3-0 to Morecambe.

Spot on Sandgrown. In my opinion Arthur and Love are nowhere near good enough.

I'll accept Love's not been the best player this season, but against Brizzle 2 weeks ago he was close to winning MOTM. Bit harsh on him in certain quarters methinks.
