bollocking anyone who so much as looks at him - there was a steward first few games of season who was also from the terminater school of stewards but this new fella is a different level
i understand there's jobs to do but this guy needs to realize the paying fans are there to enjoy their day
not having some bloke glaring at them

I had a run in with this steward earlier this season when the seat next to me was taken up by an opposition team member who was using a mobile to pass instructions to his bench which as far I was concerned was 'not on'

I asked him to stop but refused so i asked this steward to intervene and ask the guy to stop using his mobile to pass instructions to his manager as it was annoying others around me.

The steward said that he was entitled to do so and told me to shut up.

Fortunately the deputy match day steward was near by and over ruled him and told the mobile guy to stop using his phone and to leave the area immediately which in fairness he did albeit with one or two moans.

Ever since that incident the offending steward has watched at me on match days no doubt with the intention of getting his own back on me.

Last Saturday he actually confronted DA who was in the process of taking a colleague into the players tunnel but DA ignored him and proceeded down the tunnel with his colleague.

This individual does our club's reputation no good as he has on numerous occasions confronted the visiting team management teams which haven't gone down well with our visitors.

For me he is not fit for purpose and should be removed.....

i think he must have incorrectly read the job description
to the point he happily marches past both benches management teams mid match to
give out instructions to his team the question must be asked
are they safety stewards or are they policing stewards

i know for a fact hes making people question this - i believe a long standing supporting couple have handed there season tickets back due to this guys attitude

I hope it is the same couple, otherwise it is four people he's allegedly upset.

So how did that work out then?

Wow! He was upset but I didn't think it was that bad. They've been going home and away since last century!

I have been watching this situation develop over the last few months. This guy is on a serious power trip and does not care who he upsets. He looks for the slightest infraction and delights in flexing his power. He doesn't know how to speak to people and is very aggressive. I know lots of fellow C Prem fans who he has upset and he glares at us all throughout the match which is not nice. I will be looking to move at the end of the season if he is still there at the end of this one. Bring back Peter Blackburn. He always said hello or gave you a wave.

Just hope that our observations have been noted by our BoD and action is taken to remedy something that quite frankly is totally uncalled for and that the individual concerned is replaced ASAP.

He is an embarrassment and his attitude stinks..... :!: :!: :!:

Probably best emailing the club if his behaviour is out of order. Can't be too heavy handed with the prawn sandwich set
