Challenge Accepted! ;)

Might as well go out with some spirit rather than the attitude of the team at the moment which reflects the negativity of DA.

If he had any regard for a club who brought him back into the game TWICE then he should call it a day NOW and be remembered as the manager who got us promoted NOT as the manager who got us relegated for the FIRST TIME IN OUR HISTORY

To wait until the end of the season and not give a new man chance to decide what we need can't be right for OUR club.

We've had a season of poor results and relegation is on the cards.

For me we need a complete change in style and approach...but I can also understand why a growing number (on SVs) take an opposite view.....

Ah! Hang on!

The thinking is that the current bid that is with the EFL will be thrown out and that Jason will have to take what he can.

This is the absolute dream scenario… Jason accepts defeat and walks away from Sarb to do a deal with a local consortium. Imagine if this scenario came about and we also survived in league one? Perhaps I’m asking a lot

If you are that makes 2 of us.

Why is it considered to be better if a local consortium take over rather than the other person?. Just asking.

I think the idea is that local people with long associations with the club are more likely to want to be involved for the right reasons, i.e. to grow and develop the club for the benefit of the locals, fans, staff, etc. Other local "small" clubs like Fleetwood and Accrington seem to have done well by having very local ownership who are in it for the long term for the local benefit (not saying they don't benefit personally too, but they're not asset strippers!).

As we've seen with Jason and Colin, they just wanted a "punt" to see if they could make a profit by wheeling/dealing by buying the club cheap and hoping to sell at a whopping profit for their personal gain. Just look at how they've completely ruined Worcester rugby club that they bought just after buying Morecambe! There is a very real suspicion that the proposed new owner is of the same ilk, as it is pretty suspicious that someone with no previous involvement with the club would want to invest huge sums of money for no obvious benefit to themselves!

Of course, locals can turn out to have ulterior motives, and rich non-locals may have pure motives, but less likely! The fact that there are clearly delays in the EFL approving the new owner only adds fuel to the fire that something isn't right!
