I think the club made a big mistake when they changed the pricing etc on our promotion to L1. C1/C2 always used to be more expensive, not just for more central/better view, but also gave you access to the suite before the game and during half time. Block D was cheaper with no suite access, Block E even cheaper due to the poorer view and was designated the family stand.
After promotion, all those seats are now the same price and no one has right to the suite based on their seat, except for legacy ST holders who used to have C1/C2 seats.
Pre promotion, people were clearly happy to pay more for C1/C2, but now they don't have to. Seems bonkers to me - they effectively got a price reduction yet still retain suite access!
I do think we need to get back to the tiered pricing as it makes no sense to have some "prime" seats in C1/C2 "occupied" by cheap kiddie tickets when there'll have been full paying adults who' have liked those seats!
