Exeter away numbers

Exeter away numbers

Postby redrobo » Tue May 02, 2023 11:36 am

Reading the Exeter Fans Forum they reckon we will be lucky to have more than 500 there and are annoyed that we've asked for a further allocation of 600 tickets. They want to put our fans in one of the seated stands and use the away end for their fans only. Prediction are that it could be a sell out by the home fans.

I think they could be in for a surprise..... ;)

Personally, I'm waiting till after the Burton / Cambridge match tomorrow before I decide if I'm going. I know it's fickle but I don't fancy going to an expensive, long distance relegation party. Being a completely new experience, I don't know how I'd cope.
I expect others are waiting too?

Match ticket purchased, beach party gear all ready. Voice in training.
Win lose or draw, all will become clear.
It’s a long way home, but we won’t meet again until August!!

Just looking at the weather forecast Freez you might want to reconsider the beach party gear!

Great effort so far. Is tomorrow the last chance to buy or can you buy on matchday too?

Cant buy on the day, but maybe the club shop is open on Saturday, not sure you would have to check.

Just seen it advertised on F/book, office at ground to be open on Sunday for last few remaining tickets. Check for yourselves on f/book though.

Open on Sunday? What time? Was it 'open on Saturday'? (I'm totally disorientated this week!)

I've just read another which claims it is Exeter that are selling the tickets on the day.

It is mindblowing seeing how many tickets we have sold for this game. We were only getting a couple of hundred more at home games a few years a go! Great effort by everyone.

Safe journey one and all.

Ah, right, so people can pay on the day. That makes more sense! :D

Just trying to work out if it's worth going down and trying to get a ticket tomorrow as made a last min decision.

Anyone know what a limited number means is it 100- -200? I would be willing to risk that but not if it's more like 50.

Just a wee bit too far for this old git to travel especially at such an early hour BUT I'll be with everybody in spirit and going through every kick on the TV.

Said from the first game that it would come down to the final game at Exeter and so it has.
As long as we put up a good show and fight for every ball then we can ask for no more.

How ironic it would be if it all hinged on a penalty by Cole in the final minutes.

Enjoy and shout your hearts out for OUR lads.

Hope to see the large banner in all its glory.....for the final time this season.
