O/T AGPTEK mp3 players?

I realize that mp3 technology is now outdated with mobile phones being an alternative to playing music.

However my mother in law wants one as she doesn't possess a mobile phone or wants one. Instead she wants an mp3 player.

As a result and after some research I've found one that fits the bill in terms of cost etc.

AGPTEK A19x appears to be just what the doctor ordered. So does anybody on this forum have any alternatives or is an AGPTEK a good shout. Budget circa £45.....

The above is a replacement for a Samsung that has taken it's last journey to the stars...
