So out of 100% of RCN members eligible to vote what percentage voted for further strikes? Surely all those eligible to vote but decided, for whatever reason, not to vote are effectively 'voting' not to take further strike action.

Thankfully, no more nurses' strikes, I agree. Sadly, nothing done to improve the NHS or the challenges to nursing (and other health & social care professionals), so the NHS will continue its downward spiral
