Just bought my new home shirt today.
For ordinary t-shirts or casual shirts I am usually an XL size. But for MFC replica shirts - in recent years I have had to buy the 2XL-3XL size. It seems that modern replica shirts are a bit more "close-fitting" than they were back in the 80s and 90s. I think most people have found this also.
I tried on the new home shirt in the shop today, a size 2XL-3XL. It is OK for me and I bought it, but I thought it was very slightly smaller than the last two or three years. Also, I have lost a little bit of weight recently, as I am dieting
The lad serving in the shop said other people had said the same (new one very slightly smaller, but not massively so). He said the next size up (4XL-5XL) was already sold out as a lot of "2XL-3XL people" had found the new one was a little bit nippy. They will be getting more 4XL-5XL ones in stock soon.
