I will wait to see if any more additional signings this week before a prediction.

Walsall had sold 1,105 tickets by Thursday and more to sell so I will go 3,696 for attendance.

Walsall had sold 1,203 tickets as of yesterday afternoon so surely he’ll have a 4,000+ attendance for this first game of the season?

A battling 0-0 draw.

Feels impossible to call this one, I'm going to start the season optimistic and go for 2-1 to Morecambe.

More than satisfied with a score draw but fear a home defeat due to our team still in transition period of players getting to know individuals abilities and faults.

Hopefully an attacking line up reflected in our game plan but will DA revert to a caution approach... :?: :?:

2-0 to Morecambe the charge starts here
ATT: 3960

I was in Sowerby Bridge last wee and a tall fella passed me I realised he had a Morecambe track suit top on by the time my brain processed this he had turn the corner not sure if he went in the Spoons there.

We have a few tall ones Rawson , Broxby etc also Jordan Slew who may reside round there having been at Halifax etc.

I hope you are correct on the score. Has Carlos played any games yet ?

You know that doesn't count as a "prediction" in this competition? Come on RedRobo, money where your mouth is, let's see a score!

1-0 Shrimps win. Can't see it being an easy fixture, but think we may just have the edge to win it.
