Try the club, hopefully running coaches to the more local games.

I mentioned this on a seperate thread a couple of weeks back. With the game only a couple of weeks away and nothing from the club. I doubt they'll be running anything

Do we still do a half time draw ? I haven't heard or seen anything.

Maybe a half time draw like Uncle Ken used to do with the profits going towards subsidising coach travel for away trips.

I like this idea. We must be the only club in the EFL not to have official coach travel. I mentioned on another thread that I feel there would be an opportunity for the club to provide coach travel this season given the amount of "local games" Harrogate, Barrow, Crewe, Doncaster, Salford, Stockport, Bradford,.

I could be wrong but the club have tried to organize travel before but have been badly let down with people booking and then not turning up.

Maybe this is something the trust in conjunction with the club could do and that is to have a Travel Club where one pays a fixed amount per month for a season to cover some of the cost and then top that cost up on every away day so that money available to cover the cost is sufficient.

If a sponsor could be found to put in an amount over and above of that by a fan every month with some recognition on display in the front window of a coach which could be offset against tax as being marketing / publicity I assume.... :?: :?: :?:

We don’t - the Trust organise it. Although seeing as the Trust owns 10% of the club and has a director on the board they are kind of hybrid officials.

£5 for accompanied u16s to games north of Brum, £10 for the more southern games. Covered by a sponsor and various other fundraising efforts - as well as the £80k ish put in every year for shares.
