Notts County (H) Predictions

Notts County (H) Predictions

Postby AndyReifman » Sat Aug 12, 2023 5:44 pm

Another trip on the road. This time to newly promoted Notts County who find themselves just behind us in the table (on Goal difference) after a win at home to Grimsby.

Think I'm going to go for a 1-2 win or us. Hoping we can get our scoring boots laced up again.

Edit: Need to get my eyes checked. We're at home!

I predict Notts County is at home :)
Nottingham currently full of Grimsby fans and police everywhere.
On todays performance, 5.0 loss

On today's showing, I'll predict the easy part first:

Morecambe 0

I'll complete it up nearer the time!

It seems a long time ago but wasn't the last time we played them at home at Christie Park when they had Sven as manager, Schmeichel in goals and Sol Campbell at centre half! Brilliant day with a 2-1 win.

They look very strong again and apparently Crowley was far and away the best player on the pitch on Saturday. Why oh why couldn't we keep him and one or two others?

Anyway lets hope our lot can put Mansfield behind them and get their mojo back!

Personally I can't see it after such a severe savaging so Us 0 them 2.

Played them 4 times at the 'Globe' since. The Christie game was amazing and Jimbo was all over Sol, cameras everywhere

Tomorrows evening game could be a battle royal with Notts constantly on the press from minute 1.

Just hope out lads can rise to the challenge that sounds as though they will be confronted with according to the Notts manager above.

3 - 1 to Morecambe.
A brace from Donald Love and a Faz Rawson bullet header following a Donald Love own goal that keeps the doubters on his back.
